Michael Klinger

Michael has been licensed to sell real estate in Nevada since 2003. In January 2015 he and Anna opened Nevada Desert Realty, where he serves as broker-owner and leads the Klinger Real Estate Group. He has been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) since 2007 and holds the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification.

Before real estate, Michael worked as an electrical technician with IBEW Local 357. That background still pays off for clients: he knows how homes are built, what inspectors look for, and which repair requests are reasonable.

Michael is also a fine-art landscape and astrophotographer, which is why our listings look the way they do. He photographs them himself, and he's designed many of the websites we use to market them. The red-rock photo at the top of our homepage is one of his.

Anna Klinger

Anna is an experienced listing agent and buyer's representative and co-founded the Klinger Real Estate Group with Michael. She's helped hundreds of families achieve homeownership, including many first-time buyers, and has saved many Southern Nevada homeowners from foreclosure through short sales.

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Anna worked in the construction industry for a local home builder. That experience is a real advantage for new-construction buyers and for sellers getting a home ready for market. She has also been a permitted property manager since 2013 and leads our property management division.

Anna is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for going above and beyond for her clients, professionally and courteously, from the first showing to the closing table.
