We are also utilizing new awesome technology for all of our FOR SALE & FOR RENT listings, that creates a real-live 3D Virtual Tours allowing prospective buyers & tenants to literally walk through the entire home from the click of a finger on their phone or mouse on their computer, as if they were there in person — so detailed in fact, that you can zoom in and look at the details of the custom floors, cabinetry or the walk-in closet, etc… This has helped reduce the need for potential buyers or tenants needing to walk through your property if they aren’t truly interested in moving forward (ie: looky-loos). Just this week we listed 3+ homes and two are already in escrow with the help of these 3D Virtual Reality Walk Through Video Tours. What’s more? Having these at the buyer’s fingertips allows them to not have to return as often to the property to look at the details of the kitchen or master bath because they forgot the details!
