1960’s Las Vegas Fixer Upper Home Sold in the Charleston Heights Neighborhood

Nevada Desert Realty listed a 1960’s Las Vegas fixer-upper home in the zip code of 89107. This home at the time of listing had a fantastic 1960’s old-time feel with all new upgrades. The exterior upgrades included rock landscaping, exterior paint on the whole home, a new roof, new windows, and a new HVAC system. The kitchen also had major upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a subway tile backsplash. The bathrooms had new vanities and a new shower installed.
